WoodSpring Suites Greensboro - High Point North

I had a great experience thanks to Mark, Wendy, and Chase! Their customer service was excellent very attentive and helpful throughout. Mark was able to quickly fix an issue with the TV and made sure everything was working smoothly, all while communicating with the front desk with ease. The entire staff made my day very pleasant. Wonderful team and overall a great atmosphere!

Checked in for a few days and glad i chose here. Rooms are clean and comfortable, everything was great. A housekeeper named Wendy was awesome! Super friendly, respectful, and just really easy to have around. She did a great job with the cleaning—everything looked and felt fresh after she was done. Anything I needed I asked her and was sure she’d could attend to my needs. She was also really thoughtful and made sure not to disturb anything I was working on. Definitely someone you can trust and feel comfortable with during your stay. Highly recommend!

So I’ve been here for almost two weeks now and I have had the pleasure of witnessing some major changes underway. The manager, Kelly is a very hard worker and she’s been actively making changes to improve our stay. Kudos to her! She hired a front desk receptionist that I have witnessed do it ALL! Her name is January. Now she not only provides customer service with a consistent smile (no matter what) but I have seen her cleaning rooms and doing laundry. This woman is amazing! She has helped change the aesthetic of this hotel! It is now a peaceful and much cleaner environment. Way to go January for making guests feel welcome and at home. Someone give this lady a raise! Her professionalism speaks volumes.

My first night hear great experience room super clean front desk host very helpful. People hear show love like they been knowing you forever. Definitely a goto spot for relaxation. The rooms so clean and smells fresh highly recommend..

I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Kelly, the General Manager at this hotel, and I can confidently say she is a true gem! From the moment I arrived, Kelly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests are unmatched. She doesn’t just manage—she leads with heart, grace, and a smile that makes you feel right at home. Whether it was answering questions, solving concerns, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, Kelly made my stay unforgettable. It’s clear she’s passionate about creating a five-star experience, and her energy sets the tone for the entire team. Thank you, Kelly, for your incredible hospitality and heart. When i first got to the hotel, I really didn't think much of it as i thought it was just going to be another standard hotel but holy was I wrong. For starters, I personally loved the rooms! They were clean and spacey and comfortable, but it wasn't just that. My favorite part of the whole experience was the staff! Everyone was really friendly and respectful towards my family and I! One person I'd say I really thought was amazing was Wendy. She's a housekeeper and she really made me comfortable as well as my family! She made sure my room was clean for every single day I stayed! Overall this hotel was 5/5 and I'd definitely recommend to go there again!

So I love doing review where I can brag about everything. First and foremost let's talk about the staff, Shante, I hope I'm spelling her name correct, was very warm and welcoming. Early in the morning she had a very nice conversation ready for each person she was interacting with. I also love the way Kelly, the manager, interacts with her staff. She's a stickler about the way she like things but she appreciates them when she sees them doing well. That's a great way to boost morale. Next housekeeping! When I woke up the next morning, which is this morning, they never complained and they all had smiles on their faces, a great example of a pleasant leader. I love it way to go.

I stayed recently at the WoodSpring Suites in Greensboro NC. I have to point out two positive things that I experienced. First, Ms Pomfila the Front Desk Supervisor was wonderful, helpful, kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a memorable one. She is pleasant and easy to converse with. I could see that she enjoys serving people and WoodSpring is blessed to have her as part of their staff. My second observation was how clean and serene the room was. I have been to other places and I must say that the entire experience was a great one. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
